How it differs from the free spreadsheet
Our free budget spreadsheet helps you plan what the work should cost, with our guide prices filled in. This pack picks up where that stops. It carries no guide prices at all, and is for running the job once the quotes arrive: who agreed what, what has been paid and what is still outstanding. The free builder contract template and snagging checklist work alongside it, and the pack's guide points to both. All three stay free.
Before you buy
- It is an organising tool, not a building contract, technical design or professional advice, and it cannot guarantee savings, dates or the quality of the work.
- The workbooks are ordinary .xlsx files with no macros or links to outside data. We have tested them in Google Sheets; if you use anything else, try a copy first. In Google Sheets, open the file from Google Drive and choose File > Save as Google Sheets, then work in that copy. Edit them on a computer; a phone is fine for reading the guide.
- The forms need a PDF reader that can fill and save forms, and the quote comparison does not add up totals for you. Reopen a saved copy to check your answers stayed.

Paying, cancelling and faults
The price is £19 in total, including any VAT, paid once through Whop, which processes the payment. There is no subscription, and the files are yours to download as soon as the payment goes through.
You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, even if you have already downloaded the files. Email [email protected] with the email address you bought with and the date you bought. You do not need to give a reason, and the refund goes back to the way you paid within 14 days of your email.
If a file is faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to have it repaired or replaced and, if that cannot be done or is not done within a reasonable time, to a price reduction, which can be the full price. Email [email protected].
