Contact Costwise
One person runs this site, and there is one address: contact@costwiseuk.co.uk. There is no contact form and no phone number, because a solo site pretending to have a switchboard would be its own kind of dishonesty.
Do email about
- A figure that looks wrong. This is the most useful email you can send. Every price here is researched and dated, but the market moves and mistakes happen. Tell us the page and what you paid, and it gets checked.
- Press and data requests. Every figure is free to quote with a credit. For a tailored data pull, a regional breakdown or an on-the-record quote, start at for journalists and email if you need something specific. Fast turnaround.
- A job we do not cover. There are 150 cost guides. If yours is missing and people search for it, that is worth knowing.
- Anything about your data. See the privacy policy, which is short because we collect almost nothing.
What we cannot do
We cannot quote for your job. Costwise is a reference site, not a trade: nobody here fits kitchens or lays driveways, and a price from us would be a guess against a guide you can already read. For a real number you need a local firm to look at the actual job, and the fastest honest route is three written quotes checked against the guide range. The quote check tool does that comparison for you.
We also cannot recommend a specific installer. We have no vetted list and no relationships to trade on, and pretending otherwise is exactly what the site exists to avoid.
What to expect
Replies come from one inbox, usually within a few days. Press enquiries on a deadline go to the front of the queue, so say so in the subject line. Corrections are acted on before they are replied to.
