Cost calculators

These give you a price range instead of a quantity, adjusted for your region, using the same researched guide figures as the matching cost guide, so the two never disagree. They are guide prices and not quotes: a real price turns on access and condition, which no calculator can see. If you already have a number from a builder, the quote check is the tool for that.
